- Payment Information: All payment transactions are processed directly by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified partner, Stripe. KOFIAA never stores, transmits, or has access to your raw credit card or debit card numbers.
- Account & Loyalty Data: If you sign in via magic link, Google, or Apple, we store your email address, purchase history, and loyalty tier points.
- Device & Usage Data: We collect non-identifying technical analytics (e.g., browser type, pages viewed) via privacy-compliant analytics tools (PostHog and Vercel Analytics) to optimize site performance and fix bugs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly for the following purposes:
- Processing, packing, and dispatching your orders.
- Sending automated order confirmations and carrier tracking links.
- Tracking community impact contributions funded by your purchase.
- Responding to customer service inquiries submitted to hello@kofiaa.com.
- Sending launch or restock notifications only when you have explicitly opted in.

We partner with trusted, industry-standard managed service providers to operate our platform securely:
