All KOFIAA packages originate from our fulfillment operations in Hinsdale, Illinois (ZIP 60521).
2. Processing & Delivery Estimates
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM CST are packaged and dispatched the same day or the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or postal holidays ship on the next business day.

Because KOFIAA Hand Restore Stick is formulated with 100% active raw butters (Shea, Kokum, Cocoa) and botanical seed waxes without artificial chemical hardeners or synthetic stabilizers, it naturally softens at high temperatures.
If your package has been sitting in a warm mailbox or under direct sunlight during peak summer months, allow the stick to rest upright at room temperature for 1–2 hours before uncapping. It will re-solidify naturally without any loss of efficacy.
4. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
We believe deeply in the restorative power of our waterless stick. If for any reason your hands do not feel noticeably softer, repaired, and protected within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Return Window: 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery.
- Condition: Returns are accepted even if the stick has been opened and gently tried.
- Return Shipping: Free. We provide a prepaid domestic return label upon request.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Email our Client Service team at hello@kofiaa.com with your Order Number (e.g.
#1042) and the reason for return. - Our team will generate and email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label within 24 hours.
- Affix the label to your packaging and drop it at any USPS postal receptacle.
- Once scanned by the carrier, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
